Returns & Exchanges
You can easily ask for returns or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear image or video of the issue is required
- The item must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging
Requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Change of mind
- Size, fit, or color preferences (Please refer to size chart/details before buying)
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Stationery items (e.g., stickers)
Refunds & Replacements
- If a return or refund request is approved, customers may choose between:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A full refund to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed only in cases of damage or error from our side
- Approved refunds are initiated after verification and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the source account
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be easily cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that once an order has entered processing, cancellation is not possible
